Join Sawtooth Adventure Company down the Salmon River for a week of mind, body and soul rejuvenation.  Our all- female staff will lead you through unforgettable wellness adventure down Idaho’s Salmon River of No Return.  Each morning starts with a rejuvenating yoga session or beautiful hike to explore the largest wilderness in the US.  Days will be spent rafting, kayaking or paddle boarding followed by evenings including relaxing mediation and  yoga. Our nutrition and wellness coach will design a fresh and healthy menu for the week and lead daily discussions on women specific nutrition and wellness topics

Transportation-includes ground transportation from Salmon Idaho to the river.  Scenic flight form river’s end to Salmon, Idaho

Activity Levels – all levels of river runners and yoga abilities

Class – Class 2, 3 and 4 whitewater. Suitable and fun for all levels of excitement.

Includes – This trip is all-inclusive. We provide everything you need to have a safe, fun and comfortable trip. Includes daily Yoga and wellness coaching. Healthy menu designed by our Wellness Nutrition Coach. Guests will receive camp equipment, river gear, and have the option to paddle raft, inflatable kayak,  SUP or relax on the oar boat.

What to Bring – Seriously we provide everything. All you need is a yoga mat, toothbrush, clothes, headlamp, pillow & personal items. You will receive a detailed clothing list in your confirmation materials

What to expect – Guests will intimately experience the Frank Church Wilderness and Salmon River of No Return. You will become part of the SAC river family. Your days will be filled with laughter, rapids, wildlife, yoga, mediation, sun, sand and pure wilderness.
